Leave Purchase Plan Employees may purchase up to two work weeks (10 days) per calendar year.
CRM Health Plan- Health Insurance HMO/PPO and Dental PPO* 100% payment for single employee coverage or

100% payment of COBRA cost for employee up to cost of single employee coverage in the CRM Health Plan or

Reimbursement for Spouse/Family coverage in the CRM HMO Health Plan up to the amount of single employee coverage

Life/AD&D Insurance* Each employee is covered for both life and ad&d for $25,000. (Effective after 30 calendar days of continuous active employment)
Short-Term/Long-Term Disability* Employees are then covered for 60% of earnings (max earnings covered is $100,000) (Effective after 30 calendar days of continuous active employment)
401(k) Plan** All employees having reached the age of 21 are eligible to participate.

Employees are immediately 100% vested, and provides a 100% company match on the first 4% of the employees deferred eligible earnings.

Permits the rollover of funds from other qualified plans, loans, and hardship withdrawals.

Metro SmartBenefits** Employees can pay for Metro fare media and/or Metro parking on a pre-tax basis, thereby decreasing the cost of such services for the employee.
Pre-Tax Parking** Employees can pay for Metro fare media on a pre-tax basis, thereby decreasing the cost of such services for the employee
