in our Naval Sea System Division:
Sr.. IA Analyst – with minimal supervision, lead, coordinate, track and review information assurance documentation. Provide all forms of information security accreditation support as requested by the Designated Approving Authority (DAA) and Certification Authority (CA). Review and write System Security Authorization Agreements (SSAAs) and Application Security Plans (ASPs) to ensure compliance with Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) and local security requirements. Provide guidance/feedback on SSAA and ASP development and other system security certification activities. This opportunity is in support of Army Water Craft.The following are the basic qualifications for this position: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. Previous working experience with DIACAP, C&A processes, SSAA/ASP documentation is mandatory. Experience with DIACAP, C&A processes, SSAA/ASP documentation. Individual must be willing to travel to domestic locations. Possess strong problem solving/analytical, communication, organizational and team-building skills. Able to write and review corresponding documentation using MS Word. Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain Security Clearance of Secret.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
The following assets are considered a plus for this position:
- Experience with vulnerability scan tools, DISA Gold Disk, Retina, or Emass, ST&E/CT&E, prior experience with C4I systems. Able to obtain Security Clearance of Secret
Financial Analyst position available in the Navy CG(X)
program – Duties include assisting with preparation for major program
reviews/support of the annual DOD PPBS process, assist with
budget preparation and justification; management and
execution analysis of resources; contract, cost and value
analysis; program planning; production of financial
documents and deliverables. Prepare and monitor requisite
funding documents, track obligation and expenditure rates of
all appropriations using STARS and PRISMS, and conduct
reconciliation of STARS versus actual expenditures. Prepare
all RDT&E funding documents as required by customer
representatives.
